Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed your subscriber limit, new subscribers won't be accepted until you upgrade or remove existing ones. If you exceed notification limits, sending will be paused until the next billing period or you upgrade.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 30% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual at any time from your billing settings. The discount is applied immediately to your remaining subscription period.
We offer a generous Free plan so you can experience the platform without a time limit. Paid plans don't include a separate trial, but you can start on Free and upgrade when you're ready. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer wire transfer and invoicing. All transactions are secured by Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing.
A subscriber is any unique device or browser that has opted in to receive push notifications from your app. Each subscriber is counted once regardless of how many notifications you send to them. Unsubscribed users are not counted against your limit.
No, unused notifications do not roll over. Your notification quota resets at the beginning of each billing period. If you find you consistently have unused quota, you may want to consider a lower plan.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
